  • All organizations have a management structure that determines relationships between the different activities and the members, and subdivides and assigns roles, responsibilities, and authority to carry out different tasks.

  • In the first sense, 'organizing' refers to a dynamic process and a managerial activity by which diffe­rent elements or parts of an enterprise are brought together to obtain a desired result.

  • When used in the other sense, the term 'Organizing' is understood as the creation of a structure of relationships among various positions and jobs for the realization of the objec­tives and goals of the enterprise.
